S. (she/her), is originally from Southern California.
I am a body-positive, sex-positive, gender-affirming full spectrum doula trained by Ancient Song Doula Services.
I work with all birthing persons, and provide compassionate care that’s centered around love, community, informed consent and my ethos encompasses the reproductive justice framework immortalized by the Sister Song Collective
I am excited to support people through their entire reproductive journey and here to advocate for their health. I am learning to be a Black Maternal Health Advocate, and honored to empower women and birthing persons on this sacred journey.
I serve birthing persons by providing continuous support throughout their pregnancy, labor and birth (and any other reproductive journey). Whether you desire a home-birth or hospital birth, I provide non-judgmental care to help you reach your desired birth goals. Every client is different, and I give thanks to each birth and journey!
I’ve always wanted to do this work, and counting my blessings that I can accompany so many families through this amazing time.
Besides my doula-certification I have an MFA from the Yale School of Drama.
I can speak conversational Spanish and Punjabi.
“S’s confidence in her knowledge and skill set proved to be the most valuable aspect of her support, as it gave me not only peace of mind before Kristina went into labor, but also during labor at home, at the hospital and through postpartum support. S. is fantastic! Super helpful, responsible and such a pro! I would happily recommend her to anyone.” – Roy Dank
