We did not have any overnight help with our first son, and her assistance allowed us to get valuable rest that let us be more present and available for both of our children during the day. She offered great insight and tips as well. When my husband went back to work, she watched our newborn so I could have valuable time with my toddler, which I believe made our transition to two kids much smoother!
