I’m a Certified Newborn Care Specialist and Postpartum Doula with over 21 years of experience caring for newborns and supporting families.

My passion for newborn care comes from my own experience as a young mother. I remember how overwhelming those early days were, which inspired me to help other parents feel supported and confident during such a special time.

Throughout my career, I’ve cared for twins, premature babies, and infants experiencing reflux or colic. I specialize in overnight newborn care, feeding support, and helping babies develop healthy sleep habits.

I would describe myself as calm, patient, nurturing, dependable, and easygoing. I believe every baby is unique, so I take a gentle, baby-led approach while respecting each family’s parenting style and preferences.

I truly love what I do, and my goal is to give parents peace of mind, knowing their little ones are in caring and experienced hands.
