D. has over 14 years of experience as a professional nanny, and is trained as a postpartum doula with Cornerstone Doula Trainings. Her experience as a newborn nanny and a mother of one has informed her transition to postpartum doula work. To enhance her knowledge, Danea also trained with Cornerstone Birth Workers, as a Labor and Birth Doula. Danea’s goal as your postpartum doula is to create a nurturing, safe space that is peaceful and most tranquil, during these first precious moments. She is available to gradually nurture your independence through positive reinforcement and encourage continuous care for mother and baby both in her absence.
