I am a CAPPA trained labor and delivery doula open to all birth styles. I believe no two births are the same and I am eager to assist in home births, water births, hospital births and everything in-between. I knew from the time I saw my first birth in High School that this is the profession for me. I find joy in seeing families have their own unique births and helping in any way that I can. I love yoga, Greys Anatomy, the challenge of keeping my plants alive, puzzles and the beach. My goal is to make this journey as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.
