When I was seven, I was lucky enough to witness the birth of my youngest brother. I was in awe; in awe of the doctors, the activity in the room, the tiny baby and most of all, my mother. A seed was planted in me that day but it wasn’t until the birth of my own children that I realized my call into birth work.
With deep understanding on both the physical stages and emotional toll of the birth process, I am here to help you navigate this stage of your life your way… no hard rules, no “musts,” just a helping hand who’s been there before, eager and willing to help you stretch, have the conversations you need to have with your care team and, yes, to get you onto that peanut ball.
